ANDROSYN is a botanical beverage (food product). Product descriptions, images, and packaging are provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to display details accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods before an order is processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Malaysia. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

As a consumable food product, items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with supporting photographs, so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Use of Product

ANDROSYN is intended to be enjoyed as part of a balanced, active lifestyle. It is a food product and is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you have specific dietary requirements, allergies, or are unsure whether the product is suitable for you, please review the ingredient list before consuming.
